Business Development and Sales Senior Manager

Working closely with our sales team and directors, we are seeking to bolster our growing team with an energetic manager. A strong communicator and networker with the ability to create new relationships, expand existing relationships and hit our ambitious growth targets.

This position would require

  • Significant time in the field with new and existing customers and agents – including overseas travel.
  • Using Green’s project archives and industry database to generate new opportunities.
  • Managing and developing a sales and business development executive.
  • Driving the overall sales and marketing strategy to optimise short and long term results.

Knowledge of engineered/manufactured industrial products in the heat transfer market is preferable, additional language would be beneficial but not a pre-requisite.

 

Sales and Business Development Executive

Supporting our business development manager, we are looking for a highly motivated person with strong research and analytical skills, who has excellent communication and marketing skills

This position would;

  • Support the sales team by providing background information on existing and potential sales opportunities
  • Work closely with our external marketing consultant to provide regular updates on social media and through company electronic communications.
  • Support other departments with their information gathering needs.
  • Contacting and building relationships with new and existing customers, agents and key accounts

Knowledge of engineering markets is preferable

 

Waste Heat Boiler Sales Manager/Executive

Our waste heat boiler business continues to thrive and grow resulting in the need for a new team member, preferably with strong knowledge of waste heat boiler systems, steam systems and related components. The successful candidate will require:

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to work with customers worldwide.
  • Keenness to continue learning and developing with our business
  • Good experience in tendering/quoting and estimating (technical and commercial aspects) with the ability to work on multiple tenders with pressurised timelines.
  • Ability to build strong internal relationships and work across our departments including business development, other sales team members, engineering, design and project management

 

Graduate Mechanical Engineer

Working closely with the engineering managers to provide Thermal and Mechanical design of all products.

  • Provide high quality and accurate thermal and mechanical designs for all Green’s products with reference to the company’s engineering guidance, design codes and customer specifications etc (using our quality system parameters – including relevant procedures).
  • Generate conceptual design documents for drawing office use to build a complete package of drawings
  • Generate accurate calculations and information to notified bodies and other qualification and inspection organisations.
  • Work closely with drawing office to produce and review physical drawings and manage its outputs.

Country Agents and Distributors

We are expanding our business further into new territories and markets and are looking to recruit new sales agents in the following:

  • USA – East Central areas, Countrywide (Land and Marine projects)
  • Russia (Land and Marine projects)
  • Japan (Land and Marine projects)
  • Norway/Sweden (Land and Marine projects)
  • South America (excluding Mexico) (Land based projects)
  • Canada (Land based projects)
  • Italy (Land based projects)

These agents will complement our existing worldwide agents and manufacturing locations and will work closely with our technical sales and engineering teams. Some territories have an established base of previous projects and existing relationships that our new agents can be introduced to.

We are seeking long term partnerships with businesses and individuals that have solid knowledge of the Power, Industrial, Waste to Energy, Petrochem and/or Marine markets. They will need to have a proven record in selling our range of products from designed, engineered and manufactured waster heat boiler and economiser to aftermarket services and spare parts.
