Waste Heat Boiler Sales Manager

Our waste heat boiler business continues to thrive and grow resulting in the need for a new team member, preferably with strong knowledge of waste heat boiler systems, steam systems and related components. The successful candidate will require:

• Strong communication and relationship building skills to work with customers worldwide.
• Good business development skills, working closely with our Business Development Manager.
• Keenness to continue learning and developing with our business
• Good experience in tendering/quoting and estimating (technical and commercial aspects) with the ability to work on multiple tenders with pressurised timelines.
• Ability to build strong internal relationships and work across our departments including business development, other sales team members, engineering, design and project management.

Service, Inspection & Repairs Supervisor

Our aftermarket team work on land and marine boiler plant all over the UK and globally. We are looking for a supervisor who can:
• Manage site work contracts ensuring they are completed within budget, on time and safely.
• Proactively contribute to the growth and development of the Aftermarket department.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements in advance of sitework.
• Manage all HS&E aspects of sitework.
• Ensure site works are delivered to specified quality standards.
• Maintain daily reports whilst on site.
• Proactively make regular contact with existing customers as well as targeting dormant/potential customers to develop new sales
• Undertake site visits/surveys, gathering information to allow you to produce cost estimates and quotations.
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of the industry, market and its customer and be able to proactively help grow and develop the business.

Apprentices

We are recruiting for locally based apprentices / trainees to help us in a number of areas of our business.

  • Technical Sales
  • Manufacturing
  • Engineering and drawing office
  • Aftermarket,  service and repair

Full training will be provided or continued

Country Agents and Distributors

We are expanding our business further into new territories and markets and are looking to recruit new sales agents in the following:

  • USA – East Central areas, Countrywide (Land and Marine projects)
  • Russia (Land and Marine projects)
  • Japan (Land and Marine projects)
  • Norway/Sweden (Land and Marine projects)
  • South America (excluding Mexico) (Land based projects)
  • Canada (Land based projects)
  • Italy (Land based projects)

These agents will complement our existing worldwide agents and manufacturing locations and will work closely with our technical sales and engineering teams. Some territories have an established base of previous projects and existing relationships that our new agents can be introduced to.

We are seeking long term partnerships with businesses and individuals that have solid knowledge of the Power, Industrial, Waste to Energy, Petrochem and/or Marine markets. They will need to have a proven record in selling our range of products from designed, engineered and manufactured waster heat boiler and economiser to aftermarket services and spare parts.
