We operate two automated resistance welding production lines, capable of producing over 70,000 H-finned tubes annually. Steel fins are resistance welded to pressure tubes under controlled conditions to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Our custom-built welding machines provide precise indexing along the full tube length, ensuring accurate fin alignment and consistent attachment throughout production.
We manufacture proprietary single and double steel H-finned tubes in carbon steel, low alloys and stainless steel. Our double-finned tube design improves production efficiency, reduces support requirements and lowers overall installation costs.
