The personal data we collect is used by Green’s for the legitimate interests of our business ie providing information about the products and services that we supply to people who have either purchased from us previously or who have expressed an interest in our company.

How can you find out what data we hold on you?

Email juliebaxter@greenspower.co.uk and request to see the record we hold on you. Our data controller commits to providing this information to you within 28 days of your request. 

If you ask to have amendments made to this information or for us to delete your record we commit to doing this within 28 days of receiving this request.

How long will the data be stored for?

We store the data in perpetuity unless you inform us via email that you want us to remove your data from our systems.

If you unsubscribe from our enewsletters we will not send to the email address you supplied again.

We do store your email address within third party software for distributing enewsletters. The system we currently use is Campaign Monitor.
