We operate the UK’s longest weld tube overlay machine, enabling continuous production around the clock. This capability supports high-volume output without compromising quality or process control.
With our advanced CMT welding, we achieve dilution levels below 1.5% across tube diameters from 32mm to 76mm and lengths up to 12 metres, delivering consistent, repeatable performance on every tube.
Equipped with four welding torches and capable of applying Alloy 625 and 686, this technology allows us to produce high-quality overlays at scale efficiently, reliably, and exactly when our clients need them.
